A La Carte Weddings - Coming Soon!

When I first started my business when people inquired about "wedding packages" it was not something I wanted to offer. I pictured every wedding as custom to every bride - because every wedding is special and different in it's own way! Custom doesn't have to mean expensive, and I have never charged more just because it is "custom". You pay for what you get when it comes to weddings with us - if you want carnations, you pay carnation price $ , If you want orchids and peonies, you pay orchid and peony price $$$. Occasionally I would have people inquire about my "wedding packages" and be disinterested because I only offered custom and no packages. Well, recently I have come across the idea of "a la carte" packages. Keep reading to find out what this looks like with us!

Things are changing very much when it comes to weddings. I did not offer packages because not everyone has "a bride, a groom, 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 2 mothers and 2 fathers" for their bridal party. I see same-sex weddings, men standing as brides-men, women standing as grooms-ladies, couples who opt for no bridal party at all, and weddings where step-parents are involved and there may be the need for more sets of corsages and boutonnieres than normal. The average wedding package will not fit these types of couples - and that is totally okay! We now have you covered, in a simpler way than coming in for a consultation and quote.

The highlights of these collections

• the ability to mix and match items (within the same collection)

• low minimums for orders to help the budget-conscious bride

• pictures of every item, no more attempting to visualize or hope AI gets it right

• no need for a consultation, simply provide your date & items needed

The plan as of the writing of this blog post is to have 3 "static" collections - they will be tried and true bridal trends that don't fade - the Poppy Collection and the Alice Collection are the first two that will be here to stay. We also plan to keep 2 "rotating" collections - these will change as trends change. I follow bridal trends VERY closely - weddings dresses, engagement rings, tablescapes, arch styles, first dance songs, local venues, and more! I will be keeping a close eye on what stays and what can go. If you know we had a past collection that you loved - you can always reach out and ask if we can re-create those pieces for you.
